The Doremus Society, named for Jessie and Robert Doremus, was established in 1993 to recognize living donors who have named Washington and Lee University as a beneficiary of their estate plans or have made another planned gift to W&L. Doremus Society members made an extraordinary financial impact with new planned gift commitments and realized gifts in 2023-24.
